I'm not really sure on the specifics, I just know about from that movie 'The Cable Guy' with Jim Carrey. But what he did was kick ass.

No I went back to bed, because I went to bed at 3, and woke up at 8.
So then I stayed up until I got tired, and that was 12, so and I woke up at 6, and I just got on at 8.
So I got 11 hours of sleep, and I culd sleep a couple more.
