Metallica haven't been a metal band for atleast a decade, now. Can they really even be in contention? Marilyn Manson has NEVER been a heavy metal band. They're more progressive/industrial/rock than anything.

marilyn is alternative metal....

old metallica will always be metal...you can't say a band from the past isnt metal anymore...

numetal fools so many minds into thinking metal is it...but if you listen to 80's metal, that's where the truth lies
