Here's the sheet redone...
I spent 1 to Strength, 2 to Dexterity, 3 to Toughness, 1 to Perception on Stats, then used the Stat boost on Dexterity. I hope that works?
Then Skills: I put the Covert package, so my Known in Computers went to Info, and my Known in Intrusion went to MA. Freebies to MA, Intrusion, Fix-It, and Observation.
And for powers, can I call it Coppertop Killer? 
And can you get Info on 'Agent Tactics'?
