I just have one question:
If god is omnipotent AND omniscient, then how come he could make ants, bees, crocodiles, Dogs, Lions, tigers, African swallows, and every other extant creature perfectly, but not humans. He had to send his son to die for us to complete us, and that only works after we die! Humans sure are special, hunh? Also, If god was really on our side, why doesn't he protect us from death? He has to be on our side against the poisonous snakes, spiders, rabid dogs, viruses, fungus, genetic irregularities etc.
It makes more sense that humans were made just fine and it is only the way of life that we are pursuing that has put the god into a position where they must choose either to side with us or with the rest of the biological community. It makes more sense that god put as much care into humans as she did into dust mites, trees, Australian pythons... What have you! It makes more sense that god cares as much for us as for the mosquito that I just slapped. I can't believe in an incompetent God, so I refuse to believe that I must be saved, that I was created in an imperfect state, and so I am at odds with All major religions that I know of.
You have failed to take into account the most important factor in all of this: free will. Do you know what free will is Jbill311?

You have forgotten to take into account the argument for determinism, JIA. Though, I'm sure you know nothing about it.

The fact of the matter is that evolutionary theory is just that: a theory. Yet it is being propagated as the fact that it is not nor ever will be. It is simply an unfounded, urban legend that has persisted for no other reason than the fact that apart from it scientists have no other way to account for life's complication. Scientists would rather go to their grave espousing a lie than bow their knees to Jesus Christ. They know that there is no other way to explain life so they desperately hold on to the bankrupt theory of evolution with vexing angst because to them the alternative (faith in Jesus Christ) is just unbearable.

Despite that being bullshit, your alternative theory is to teach the pupils to have faith in a creator. Do you realise that's retarded? Until you can come up with a theory that is scientifically acceptable, shut up about evolution. We're open to evolution being wrong, just not creationism being right.
What I believe is not an alternative theory, it is a fact.
Precisely what I just wrote to Alliance two minutes ago.

Seeing as you're always harping on about free will, JIA; what do you know about determinism? Also, what do you think of it?

You're saying this as if you've done so much research into this and actually read the scientific articles and done the tsts yourself.
If you actually do you proper research, you'll find there is a lot of concrete proof, especially in genetics, which really cements the theory of evolution. But I kno you will never do that because of the whole "thou shalt not learn" rule you've got going on

quote: define:evolution
In the life sciences, evolution is a change in the traits of living organisms over generations, including the emergence of new species. Since the development of modern genetics in the 1940s, evolution has been defined more specifically as a change in the frequency of alleles in a population from one generation to the next.In other fields evolution is used more generally to refer to any process of change over time.
So you believe that nothing ever changes. JIA how old is the Earth?
