You do look like a "baby-dyke", as the street lingo goes, not an insult. You're a young dude and your testosterone levels are probably low, as I said, few years, you'll lose the look.

That 'testosterone level' was a possibility, you could have high levels and still look that way. Then again, young lesbians are often very competitive themselves and they're female.
You're being overly self-conscious about your feminine/androgynous looks, as I said, you'll likely grow out of it in a few years. Start shaving more than once a week, it might stimulate the follicles to grow faster; then you can grow a sparse beard, that will help do away with the androgyny issue until nature takes over and gives you a more masculine appearance.
