N My Pirate Fever....all i have to say is that I've never read so much in my life as i have now!! I've been reading fanfics like crazy because i absolutely cant get enough of Pirates, well Jack and Elizabeth anyway!!! lol....im still very much obsessed, and i still get into heated debates with people wen the say Will and Liz are meant to be!! Thats a serious pet peave of mine!!

I know. I so wish I could make websites but I'm talentless in that area so...if anyone can make one though I would be checking on there everyday. That would be amazing. I tried to make one but alas!
I'm glad there are still people who share my hobby. You don't have to be obsessed like me but it's nice to know I'm not alone. I'm watching Astronaut's wife now...he looks so sexy in it!! A freaky but definitely 'Johnny' movie. You know my room mate I told you about? Her mom's best friend lives next to him in the south of france. SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
I'm definitely still obsessed. I went out and bought AW, Arizona dream and The Brave and made everyone in my dorm watch. All we did was eat popcorn and comment on how sexy Johnny looks.
Yup! I've been reading (and writing) SO many fanfics.. Checking my mail for story alerts from fanfic.net and daydreaming about POTC, JD and Sparrabeth so so much. I've never been obsessed with anything before...never until POTC came along. I haven't watch the three movies in so long cause I couldn't bring them along to my dorm but I miss watching them so much. I'm obsessed after so long...it's not even funny! I'm glad I still have this place.

Be two of us matey! All my friends know how I feel about the movies and JD. When asked how I am, if I'm having a difficult day or not, I always say "I'm embracing my inner pirate". And actually if you think about it without the filth, cramped quarters, bad food, questionable company, occupational hazards, and short life span, it's a logical choice.
Take what you can, stick to the code, any port in a storm, and this is key--not all treasure is gold and silver. I translate it to mean adventure, big or small. There's great songs and good booze (when you are of an age). Oh, absolutely drop dead cool ensembles for work, dining, play etc. Oh, HATS--love totally HATS!
All my friends know that as big a huge crush as I have on Mr. Depp, I don't really want to Know him. I like my crush, I do not want it confused with reality. I love the idea of being in love. I am, in this 'unreal-lationship' sharing the object of my affection with oh, maybe 20 million people!!

My dream would be me being able to just sit in a coffehouse dive and just talk with him comfortably, just "get inside his head" and see how he think, how he views his characters, what he thinks about life, love and all other sorts of philosophical and romanticized ideas, lol. He's got so many layers, we see that in his characters, I'd like to be able to spend 30 minutes and just talk with him about everyday things, about the business, about music, about life. He is such a unique being, I'd love to get some small insight of how he sees things. Working with him on a set would be the greatest honor I could ever dream of, working with such a talented actor (and really really cute actor!). wow, I'm feeling so romanticized today. I need to go read a Jane Austen novel or something
Miz Tee PirateGirl, have you read Complications Arose--it's a Jack and Daughter story and it's pretty wonderful. I didn't know you wrote as well, that's way cool. I keep having all these aspirations like I'm gonna write however, so far not so. I practised 30 minutes a day during the summer vacation. I get too caught up in the back story I think. Need to work on cutting to the chase scene.
I'm still watching PotC and DMC every weekend--I've misplaced my DMC and I am so massively Jones-ing I can barely stand myself. I watch it maybe every other week during the week. I love my pop up book of the Black Pearl. Hell to dust but I love my popup books.
I love being here, makes as much since as anything else people do. Astronaut's wife is flat out capital N naughty and somewhat disconcerting; manchild uses some awesome bad language. It's where you can finally figure out how tall JD actually is there is the shot where he and Charlize Theron are standing toe to toe barefooted on tile and he's half a hair taller than she and she has stated she' 5'10", so maybe 5'101/2" for himself. I found photos from Private Resort movie--and he's a lot more than barefooted in the photos--myohmy. Saw one shot of him in this gallery's site had him dressed in a chinese style outfit rather like Elisabeth's cool--alternate AWE rift.
SavvySparrowLuv, if I could sit with y'all, all I would like to do is listen and maybe, just maybe if I could manage it--I'd love to bring a smile to that face, not a full on gruffaw or belly laugh, a smile, little or ear to ear. That and listening to y'all shoot the breeze, and filling up my eyes and nose. Pretty cool.

The hysteria has died down for me too...well, basically because there is nothing to be hysterical about anymore. It's fine' and until we get OFFICIAL word of POTC4 ....it's over. And I have not accepted the ending....never have and I don't think i ever will....my obsession still focuses on Johnny though...and not just Pirates.....I just wish he had a new movie every month LOL LOL LOL......
yes, the dvd ...I will get...just to see johnny and has nothing to do with AWE, that's for sure.....
Can't wait to see Sweeney Todd......and keeping fingers crossed that Johnny will be Barnabas in "Dark Shadow" remake......he's make one gorgous hot sexy vampire.....

oh my, Sweeny (my name is bad hair)---oh, my--I so loved him in nick of time--very unlike himself with the little girl, was it before he had chilluruns? He did seem a believable daddy though.
now barnabus Collins!! please don't be too long-old weird Jonathan Friedman ? was eye catching for his day--can't imagine how lucious he'll be so pale and deadly. Me, I'm fixed on the pirate aspect--will always love him as the dark haired kohleyed man whose sea legs may or may not be equal to the task of mobilizing on land. And thinking about what he had to say about the heat--being in a sauna and imagining the heat as a real part of the character. Hey wouldn't he make a cool Elvis? okay, full moon madness, don't know if he deserved that....So what character in the recent past would he make a great biography--besides Hunter Thompson, he was practising Jack's particular style--when you move large groups of cattle, you drift 'em--urge them in this sorta direction you want them to go--JD as Hunter Thompson (partially bald--AAugh!!!!) was all over the sets, not quite Jack, but definitely growing in that direction. Loved it--but very strange.

Me too....I will always hold Jack Sparrow near and dear to my heart, because it was Jack who first introduced me to the beautiful Johnny. I'll never forget seeing Johnny appear for the very first time as Captain Jack at the beginning of POTC.....it was love at first sight....I was so busy paying attention to how amazing Johnny looked that I could hardly follow the plot.....it wasn't until I'd seen the movie for the third time that I realized that Barboosa and his crew were under a curse! LOL....I first saw COTBP on VHS...so the very next week I ran out and rented it on DVD so I could see all the extras....I had to see what Johnny looked like without the dreadlocks and khol-lined eyes....and i was floored...my mouth literally dropped to the floor and from that moment on..since 2004, I could not get enough of Johnny. The first movie i rented was "The Astronaut's Wife"...his role in that film was a little disappointing...I mean he's terrifice...it just wasn't enough of him and he spoke very little......so then I rented "Sleepy Hollow"...and I was so amazed by Johnny's beauty it was incredible....I was delivering newspapers at night during those days and I would fantazise about Johnny/Jack..and I would also fantazise that Elizabeth and Jack were actually a couple instread of her and Will....that's why DMC just about killed me......
I had heard of Johnny Depp and knew he was a movie star but I had never seen him before......so I really had no idea what he looked like...all I had ever known about him was that he was a hollywood bad-ass and was always in trouble....so when I first saw the previews of COTBP I couldn't believe he was going to star in a Disney Movie.....for months I heard people and critics rave about his performance...and that's the main reason I rented it for the first time...I had to see what all the hoopla was about....besides the fact that "The Pirates of the Caribbean" had always been my favoite Magic Kingdom attraction!
