train station - explanation

Went through the threads here and could not find a theory similar to mine regarding how Neo ended up in the train station.

Here it is:

Sati's father (i don't remember his name so I'm call him Vijay), when spoke to Neo, made the following statements:

.he had just been consulting with the Oracle

.the Oracle told him what he needed to do

.he did what had to be done to save Sati (suggesting that he did something bad)

.he works with waste management

What I think is that the Oracle told Vijay to deliver Neo to Merovingian in exchange of allowing Sati to go to the new matrix.

She - the Oracle - new Neo would DIE on his first contact with a machine after he touched the Source, so, she had Vijay to withdraw him from his body before his death and deliver him to Merv to complete the deal.

Since he worked with waste management, he was able to catch the soon to be dead Neo's code and send it to the station.

Please let me know your thoughts.
