i thinks someone said that they cant imagine Jack grabbing Liz and kissing her....but on the contrary i can totally imagine Jack man handleing a girl and kissing her...lol!!
but the thing is that he isnt doing that here because he has a sort of Respect for LIZ....he knows that he has feelings and grabbing her into a kiss and her rejecting him could hurt him....also he knows she is dangerous grounds because not only could he do something stupid like tell her that he cares for her, but she is also engaged to Will and i think he has respect for him too!
Jerry says that These characters Care about each other they really do...but they are also looking out for themselves! ( but we see this because Liz killed Jack but she felt a tremendous amount of guilt and pain for doing so....so she risks it all and goes back!! Will saved Jack in COTBP, because he couldnt stand the thought of him being hanged risking his own life, and well Jack *spoilers* we see him sacrifice his immortality to save a dying Will, because he cant and will not see him die *end spoilers* they all do care about each other, even Will....when he saw Liz and Jack kiss i think it didnt just hurt that Liz was cheating on him with a Pirate....but the fact that it was his fiance and a man, that even though he traded him to Davy, somehow still weirdly trusted in a way!! I think thats what hurt the most!!

I can see it if he knew for a fact she loved him. Like you said, he wouldn't want to deal with the rejection. Plus I think for at least the first third of AWE, he's going to be too pissed at her to think about it seriously.

ya he's gonna be more concentrated on making her feel guilty for what she did....but i think that will start to change when she see's that Gov. Swan is dead...and her and Jack share that Beautiful Look they give each other!!
He'll feel some compassion and i think thats when he'll feel himself go all crazy again....because he'll hate himself for showing any feeling at all!

i think that's what I found so damn sexy about Jack Sparrow in that last DMC scene...the way he just looked so serious, so sincere and just let it happen..the way he just allowed her to back him up to the mast..and that cocky smile....and remember "jack knew that her heart was the same as his".......

^^ so true! I adore the way Jack handled the kiss. The funny thing is tho, he didn't do like, ANY of the kissing. it was all Keira...lmao!! yet he was still WAY WAY WAY ssexxi doing it! I find myself watching the kiss scene OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER again. Tere is just..u no, that feeling in your stomach where you're just like "This is awesome and it's how it's meant to be."

Hey, a while back, someone posted a really cool photo-shopped picture of Jack and Liz's heads together, making it look like they were really close. Anybody have the link or know what page it's on? I thought it was on this thread, but maybe I'm wrong. Thanks.
Jack was telling Gibbs to throw his hat in for the celebration since Gibbs doesn't have one. Then Jack tells Gibbs to go get it. So nothing special about that, except that Jack graciously allows Gibbs to touch the hat and throw it.
And then retrieve it. I thought that was hilarious.
I don't think Elizabeth would steal Jack's ship. It's too important to him. I think it's more likely she'd be there on the docks waiting for him or something along the lines of that. Then she'd help him get his ship back.
And no, I'm not converted to Sparrabeth. I'm just adding in a new thought for y'all to chew over.

Now.....that would be cool either way...she stole the Pearl herself or she shows up on the docks to help Jack get it back.....
But i'm still convinced it's Sparrabeth......whether it's full-fledged or left to the imagination....it'll end j/e....one more day to the premiere at Disneyland...
