It's a pain. Everything could run smoothly, but some people are choosing the wrong characters for this level.

Not to mention the fact some people give a really bad bio so they can sneak in a character with powers that aren't mentioned in the very bio they provided.

When a bio says they have "super strength", that is a really vague description and could range anywhere from spiderman to Hulk.

Also FYI:
If you manage to sneak superman as a street level character. GUESS WHAT! His powers are limited by the category he is in. So superman wouldn't have any powers in the street category.

If you character is over the limit, they can't perform any better then the category they are in. They get their strength reduced and powers reduced.

Silver Surfer in meta? Anyone remember when Spiderman knocked out firelord? You get the idea.

i�m not saying everybody is cheating, but most are.
and i am aking you if i can use the characters or note, the reason i haven�t changed Ghost rider is because i don�t know who to choose yet, and i�m waiting for you�re opinion in some characters i pm you with
its a tough job moderating this

Ok i need an opinion of the experts, witch level is havoc? in the past maybe meta, but for what i�ve red lately he seems enhanced meta, someone could clarify this for me? thanks

Well they are too weak for enhanced meta, so yes, I'll allow it. I'll set them as the cap for this level.

Thanks dude. I was worried I was going to have to repick Venom. GR is way too strong. For one thing, I'm not sure if the penance stare has limits. Hypothetical scenario: Galactus vs. Ghost Rider. GR uses Penance stare. Galactus feels the pain of the planets he has eaten. Plausible, or no way?

i doubt it, first because galactus is a cosmic entity, second because he is above good and evil

You can't have ghost rider without the penance stare. That's his chief ability. Plus I told you already that ghost rider is enhanced meta.
