First every one even cloaks team mates are surprised by what he does and I think he is hiding many x-men. The reason this would make sense is, becuase it would even out the teams a bit. Capt is at lady death strikes mercy who is a well known wolverine villain so it would make sense that he would save Capt. Then there the fact bishop is present so it would make sense if Cyclopes shows up. Also they said wolverine and the x-men were a no go in order to fool Tigra and it is likely only Capt and black panther were in on the plan as well as cloak of course.
