Shocked The Illumanati (Vs.) The Legion of Doom

The Illumanati

1. Doctor Strange
2. Mr. Fantastic
3. Professor Xavier
4. Blackbolt
5. Iron Man
6. Namor, the Submariner

VS.

The Legion of Doom

1. Lex Luthor (in battlesuit)
2. Bizarro
3. Brainiac
4. Sinestro
5. Bizarro
6. Gorilla Grodd
7. Solomon Grundy
8. Giganta
9. Cheetah
10. Captain Cold
11. Riddler
12. Toyman
13. Scarecrow

This is the current versions of both teams and bloodlust is on....there is no prep for either team; however Xavier did sense the Legion's presence early due to Grodd's telepathic mind; as well as Strange's premonitional sixth sense ability...giving them a few moments to prepare.

The Illumanati are attacked by the Legion of Doom in their flying "mushroom" headquarters by surprise. The Illumanati are inside the Baxter Building. Doctor Strange can use all of his powers EXCEPT the ability to freeze time.

The Illumanati hear Lex Luthor's voice coming from their headquarters..."Surrender fools, or be destroyed by the Legion of Doom!!!!! You have 30 seconds to surrender or you will be destroyed along with New York and the entire east coast....!!!"

You decide what happens next....................................

Stranger wins all by himself while the rest discuss the crappy decisions Ironman has done during the Civil Wars.

Insert a heated debate here with Xavier as a neutral.

You seriously think Strange wins this by himself....that easily?? Remember, there's no real prep for Strange; just a few moments after he detects them premonitionally!!! Against the likes of Grodd, Luthor, Brainiac, Sinestro, Bizarro, etc......I don't think it would be that easy for the Illumanati.... sad Does anyone think so? Wouldn't Sinestro's ring prevent Strange from doing so? And even if he did, wouldn't Sinestro's ring just teleport them back? Comments, opinions, etc.....

The lineup is that of the PC Legion which would stomp the Illumnati.

I assumed because this is the PC lineup then it would be PC characters. If that's the case Bizarro and Solomon Grundy come close to soloing.

Unless it's Classic Strange, in which case is solo, Illuminati are going to get raped, and raped hard.

With a current Strange, they're best bet would be Black Bolt, and I see him spliting or losing against Sinestro. Still, there's Bizarro, Brainiac, Luthor and the others that would walk and the rest of Illuminati.

Grodd can keep Xavier out of the fight for a while by engaging him in a telepathic duel while the rest get their asses raped by the Legion.

Even if its Post Crisis characters the Legion still takes a solid majority. They got numbers on the Illuminati and there's not a single member of the Illuminati that could bring down a pissed off Bizarro backed up by Solomon Grundy.
