I tried to change my name and it wont work on the link.
I tried to change my name and it says the name is taken, yet I checked and no one has it.
Who actually does the name changing cause I want to PM them and ask why it won't work?

You might be trying to change it to a username that someone previously had. Those names come up as taken as well, even though they aren't currently.
