Sasuke says himself that his chidori is not more powerful the rasengan. Thats why he can only hit Naruto with it when Naruto lets him,(just before he starts using Kyuubi's Chakra)
Rasengan is stronger than chidori. Just bec saskue hit first does not mean it is stronger, it could just mean saskue has a longer reach. The water tower was not just to show that saskue was angry at Naruto getting stronger, it was showing that Rasengan was stronger than chidori. If you paid attention, you would see how Saskue was gloating when he saw the results of the water towers from the front and when he saw that back he realized that the Rasengan was more powerful and he would have been killed if he was hit buy it. That was the point where he realized Naruto had become stronger than him, and thats why he went to Orochimuro to gain power. He actually realized the power difference when Naruto defeated Gaara, somebody who Saskue couldn't beat.
not exactly sasuke said it would be a stalemate so he would have to start of with a fast offesnsive attack to make an opening for it hence the whole pheonix flower thing.
naruto cant beat garra when he is not using shukkaku because of his ultimate defense naruto was only able to land hits because the sand was not protecting him. and that fight was a tie they were both out of chakra at the end

Gaara is even stronger when using Shukkaku, which makes Naruto defeating him even more impressive. Naruto landed the final blow which makes him the winner. Naruto was still determine go after Gaara and Gaara was the one wimpering, saying stay away from me.
sasuke landed the final blow but you guys say he lost. garra only gets less effective and more wild because he cant think straight and as i said naruto cant beat garra without shukaku he wouldnt be able 2 land a single hit

Technically, no.
The way the Anime shows it, Sasuke aimed for and hit Naruto's chest, then after that they showed Naruto aim for and hit Sasuke's headband. So Naruto actually got the last hit.

Multiple members including myself have already been over this. We have been over all of this. It's obvious you just refuse to accept facts. So, I'm done.
the reason theres so much debate is that the same jutsu used by two different people can have 2 completely different power levels as explained in naruto, due to chakra control, capacity, manipulation and stamina. this puts a huge variance on results which we dont know is because of the level of the jutsu or because of the skill of the person using it, nough said.
