I don't think so, though I don't think Spideys been ill since stan lee was writing the book lol

You might be correct? He has been injured for fighting, but no colds or illness.

If spider-mans ill it usually effects his aim with his webbing, not sure about the webbing itself

Why would it affect his aim? Just wondering if his organic webs have any flaws.
