Kitty Pryde's Ghostly Mind
Uncanny X-Men #527
(18th Augustl 2010) Writer: Matt Fraction Artist: Whilce Portacio
Emma Frost helps Kitty communicate with Colossus because her mind is too ghostly for the other psychics left on the island to read. Which is very impressive considering which particular psychic is still on that island but I don't want to open that can of worms.
Emma's turning point. Emma has been scampering about in Shaws brain (Remember Shaw also wore Psi-Blockers See Deadly Genesis #5), he smashes her face into a table which is her breaking point. She wants to kill him. A psi-bolts sends Shaw flying into a mirror. From then on Emma becomes the White Queen.
Here she fights a single Nimrod type Sentinel in Diamond Form - Note that these Nimrods are new and haven't assimilated the knowledge that the Original Nimrod has.
X-Women
X-Women (2010)
(8th July 2010) Writer: Chris Claremont Artist: Milo Manara
Emma Frost and Rachel Grey are captured by the evil Baroness. Her plan is to use their abilities and cerebra to mind control both the populations of India and China and force them into war with one another.
Emma Frost is kept under strict lock and key while they're "using" Rachel because they don't trust Emma loose. They figured they can handle Rachel Grey.
This issue is what one would call a pissing contest between Dr. Nemesis and Emma Frost. And I believe Emma comes out the victor (See end of issue or next set of scans)
Anyway the vampires virus going around in the X-Books at the moment is telepathic in nature. Emma cures those lackeys infected by frying them with a psi-bolt in turn the feedback hurts the source (The Vamp).
In the previous issue Emma "licked" people when she gave them a 48 hours mental download of the local language, Emma does not need to do this, but for some reason does it anyway to mess with Scott.
Emma Frost and Kitty Pryde Plot
Uncanny X-Men #528
(22nd September 2010) Writer: Matt Fraction Artist: Whilce Portacio
Emma is still helping Kitty and Colossus communicate with one another however, Emma is so preoccupied with the predicament she finds herself in regarding her lie to Namor about killing Shaw that her thoughts "leak" and Kitty learns Emma's little secret. Kitty then says she'll help Emma.
Nice scans... but i thought i recommended shunning the origins book? i was merely trying to save you from the book that has ruined the wonderful emma frost. If any emma fans actually LIKE this book, hang your heads in shame, and hang up your emma hats. you disgrace us.

Emma Frost Mind Molests Mandrill
X-Men: To Serve and Protect 1
(3rd November 2010) Writer: James Asmus Artist: Jon Buran
Emma Frost Diamond Form makes her immune to Mandrils super-phermones. She then goes to human form and mind molests the Mandrill. Presumably as we've seen Emma boot-strap her own brain chemistry a number of times her powers can probably counteract the Mandrills super-phermones in human form too. That's probably how it doesn't effect her when she's in human form here.
Uncanny X-Men #530
(24th November 2010) Writer: Matt Fraction Artist: Greg Land
Emma doesn't need to use her mental powers to trick Scott into thinking that she was going on a global shopping spree for a few days while in fact she was kidnapping Shaw.
Can't believe I never noticed this little gem. So anyway in this story Emma uses something called a persona exchange module (PEM) to switch minds with Storm. The plan was entirely hers, she planned on infiltrating the X-Men. Shaw had a different plan. It's stated as much in the story. I even believe in her bio it's stated that she designed the gun.
Uncanny X-Men #152
(December 1981) Writer: Chris Claremont Artist: John Byrne
Anyway...first I just want to show that the PEM does not render either user unconscious when used. If you read this issue you'd see both Storm and Emma are shown to be perfectly conscious after Storm reverses the process. Also note that the process is instant.
Uncanny X-Men #151
(November 1981) Writer: Chris Claremont Artist: John Byrne
Which brings me to these two scans. Note the second scan first. The last thing Storm in Emma's body remembers is facing the White Queen and then getting psi-bolted (See first scan for incident). Now remember how the PEM doesn't render the users unconscious or hurt them (See above) and how the process is instant. Well, because of both of those facts we can deduce that Emma had to have psi-bolted her before she used the gun and that the gun was not the reason for Storms brain being fried.
