When trying to save her students from Onslaught danger, Emma faces them rioting (they think she kidnaps them). First she temporary inhibites Husk's powers, and then has to give a lesson to Monet. M has proved herself to be resistant to mind probing, so Emma has to use unorthodoxal methods of taming the arrogant girl- like psionic lightning (I'm reposting the scan in context). Also some minor stuff like telepahical control\orders.
Emma tricks Banshee into "killing" her with sonic scream to fool Black Tom Cassidy. She shows enough control over her body to realistically imitate comatose state, as well as fine mental control (she regulates the frequency of Banshee scream from deadly to stunning).
Another example of Emma's ability to affect metahumans immune to mind probing via unorthodoxal TP techniqes. She paralyzes Monet for an instant. (please log in to view the image)
Just to compare- trying to mindprobe "merged" Monet is REALLY painful to Emma
We've seen how Telepaths can pull people onto the Astral Plane completely.(So that their physical bodies remain comatose) Here they're Physical Body looks like it's still conscious.
Rachel has psychically cloaked the X-Men in an illusion. Emma recognizes who they are immediately and walks straight towards them. She also knows most of the secrets to the Hellfire Club.(Secret Entrances that Wolverine couldn't even find).
Which allows Rachel to automatically alter the perceptions of everyone around her. Allowing herself to be cloaked from everyone who walks into her prescence. There's Psi Dampners in the Basement which severed Rachels Psi link with Emma. However Emma is uneffected by this and is aware of what's occuring below with Selene The Black Queen.
The Psi Shields are making it really hard for Rachel to psychically manouver around. Yet Emmas telepathy seems uneffected since she's aware of the occurences happening below.
Juggernaut and She-Hulk try and dig out any survivors from the wreckage. Emma "helps" through her telepathy. Regulating and Reading Body functions are one of Emma's specialities as seen through this respect thread.
Emma coordinates Stepford Cuckoos' actions from the distance when trying to find all the active X-Men mental images and to project them into Phoenix mind making it White Phoenix instead of Dark one.
