Meh. Rebel Strike's single player could've been better I'll admit, but I happened to like going out on foot, riding the Tauntauns, using an AT-AT on one level, destroying the AT-ATs (without the snow Speeder), and using the lightsaber (I wish there had been more levels that involved that though). >.> The secret levels (with random parts of the original trilogy) were probably the best part of the 1-player experience in Rebel Strike, though I'm sure we can all agree that
Vader's Tie Advanced > Tie Hunter

Nonetheless, I'm still lookin' forward to The Force Unleashed.
the AI clinging to things makes sense. but clinging to other troopers?.. isnt that kinda dumb to put someone else up shits creek from a soldier's standpoint?
and I seriously had to lol when the stormtrooper's corpse blew up the tie-fighter.. that was a bit too far.......oh wait.. he dragged a star destroyer out the sky.. nvm..
Well, think soem mroe about it. He's afraid, he knows he's gonan die, he grabs whatever he can get hold of to try and stay alive, like people drowning pulling other people under etc.
Perhaps he had a super-duper armor made of platinum (or something else very veyr veyr hard)..... ?
Also, in the SW universe the TIE-fighters are known to be of pretty crappy quality, the Empire trying to cut expenses etc, for instance all TIE-fighter pilots have to wear oxygen helmets etc, but true, still a bit far-fetched.
TIE Fighters are supposed to be crap, but it's more the pilots that have a reputation for crap than the ships themselves but if they blew up THAT easily, you'd think they'd be destroyed even if they were shot at and missed. Just a bit ridiculous.

I would actually prefer if every OT fanboy would just not buy the game, so that when I kick there sorry asses on LIVE I won't have to hear sh*t about how the game is ruining continuity..

Ditto. Star Wars is no longer some uber, new and fresh epic. It's a franchise. Franchise's are not created to make you happy, they're created for your money.
People need to stop being so emotional about it. I am not saying that anyone in this thread has been emotional about it.. but anyone who would resent playing the game simply because it effs up continuity or makes a mockery of the Star Wars universe, needs to go reflect upon themselves.
