you'll find that he was moving 19,134,408,602,150.5376 times the speed of light. Nineteen trillion times the speed of light.
Even better!

Actually, taking your figure as accurate, and with some rough calculations, you'll find that he was moving 19,134,408,602,150.5376 times the speed of light. Nineteen trillion times the speed of light.
Dang that's approaching PC Superman speeds!

Did you guys take into account the variable positions of Pluto and Mars in the solar system?
For example Pluto could be at the edge of its orbit away from the sun, and Mars could be on the opposite side of the sun, or Mars could be on the same side of the sun as Pluto, and Pluto could be at the innermost part of its orbit....

That's digging deep.
The average distance from Pluto to Mars, is the distance I already posted.

Yes but the distances vary a lot, due to their orbits.

Again,
That's why I made it a point to say "the average distance".

But what Azrael does is Teleportation, all he has to do is think of where he wants to be and he’ll be there, thanks to his wings.
Does that really count as a speed feat? This is a legit question.

Check out the middle panel of this scan:
(please log in to view the image)
You can see Azrael moving/flying through space.
I think of teleportation as moving from point A to point B without really moving in between those two points, no matter how far apart they may be (eg. a Boom Tube).
IMO,
Even though Azrael moves at the speed of teleportation, that's not what he appears to be doing.

But since there is so much variance, the average could be off by quite a bit.
Just saying, not trying to demean the feat or anything.

It's all good, I just chose the average distance.... But I think that's still very fair, no?

Yes, I'm just pointing out that it could not be accurate and might be higher or lower

Even if it is lower, you're still looking at Azrael traveling several billion times faster than light speed.
Not many characters in all comic-dom can boast those speeds.

I don't know how MUCH it varies, but even if the distance were about one twentieth of what the average is, it'd still be a trillion times the speed of light.

Yup,
I can't really think of anyone who's traveled at those speeds on panel, (maybe a wielder of the Space Gem)?

I remember one scan of PC Superboy claiming that he travelled light years in microseconds, which equates to over 31 trillion times lightspeed.

Ah, well in that case I can't really think of anyone.

Yeah, I was gonna say, there have been plenty of occurrences pre-crisis.
Surfer's best feats, I believe, are in the billions or hundreds of billions at best.
The Flash's, lest we take into account outrunning instantaneous transportation, are even below that. Hard to think of anyone that has matched that sort of speed.
You know what's funny, though?
If Northstar and Azrael raced around the Earth a single time, Azrael would only beat Northstar by a tenth of a second, even though Azrael is, literally, trillions of times faster.
Weird, eh?
