Sands = awesome platforming, meh fighting
Warrior Within and Two Thrones = cool fighting, good platforming (though Sands was actually probably the best in that regard).
And the acrobatic cool factor in all of them was excellent.
They all had good level design and platforming. Which one is the best is largely opinion.
But I agree otherwise.
TT was probably the best overall, but I think I enjoyed WW the best because it was a giant leap past SOT in terms of fighting. I played TT right afterward, and it was polished a bit more but essentially the same game.
Btw, I did revive the PoP thread a while ago, should still be on the first page somewhere.
Also, has anyone managed to find a site that collects all the e-mails etc from AC? I would like to reread the thing with the timemachine/ship but don't have my 360 atm.
Anybody know how to climb the giant church in Acre's rich district? I've been around the thing twice now trying pretty much every avenue, and I can't scale it.
Hehe, that's a fun one. I think I got onto it by jumping from another building. If not, there's a small spot on the church's left wall (facing the doors) that you can climb.

Thanks for the tip. The normal method of "just start climbing somewhere" doesn't seem to work since most of the windows are un-climbable. I may have missed a spot though, so we'll see.
Hm. Maybe I was intimidated by the guards and forgot to try there. I swear I did though (maybe it was the other doors at the back end?). Sucks if that's the case...I must've hung from every nook and ledge on either side of that thing.
Figured it out. Though I still couldn't just scale straight up the front....the first or second window is too far a space between hand-holds. Anyway, I shimmied up the left turret for a while then over to the main ornate window in front. That did the trick.
I'm a view point completionist because I like the tall heights. The church was good times.
I'll give credit where its due and climbing towers, churches and that massive tower near the coast was pretty damn sweet.
I was a completionist for the flags in the Kingdom but I had 3-4 left and I gave up because it took me forever.
I kinda of wish those flags gave you something for doing it instead of a cheap ploy for people to roam the country side, and actually have something to do.
You should check out the fortress at the bottom left part of Acre, that one is a great climb, especially if you try to not get seen by all the patrolling guards.
I hit them all, and usually try for the stealth approach (with varied success). Can't remember if I've done that particular one yet or not (I think I have) but sneaking up to the high places is one of the cooler parts of the gaem.
