the amping cap was changed you see people complained that Kon El was way to low for the ampig capa nd that the difference between Namor is not that mcuh if there is even one.
So i changed the amp cap to Imortal Hercules wink

they can have superboy bt they get him at the power levels when he first appeared

before his kryptonian powers developed
when his Tactile Telekinesis wa s his only power

abck then he could still fly , ha dlow class 100 strength, and was bullet proff becaus eof his tk.

If they use that evrsion then he would be fine
