Well, if a thread goes off topic and it doesn't stop, any thread can be close, no matter who started it. Since the Blue Milk Bar is the only off topic thread allowed in here.... there's really no policy reason to close it. Unless the all powerful Raz changes board policy. But since it's the most popular thread in here, I doubt that will ever happen. It has a certain status aparte... earned by years of loyal service.
