Likewise. I merely go with what the panel states. laughing

I think you need to research what a fuse is...

They could, they could not. Who's to say?

She went through a nebula to get there. There's purple streaks in the background, looks like more surrounding nebula.

I'll stick with not.

It's stifling arguing with someone who doesn't realize how ironic they come off as all the time.

Why would I call you out? I didn't think coming to conclusions was an invalid method of debate. Obviously you do though, even though you do it yourself.

I don't know what your whining about context for. The context doesn't show a suspended building. That is that.

It's a relatively densely packed area. If it's wider than one light year it would of taken too long to all the energy to reach one point in the time constraints.

I emoticon at your sheer density. It's like you're made of pewter or something.

She looked pretty burned out to me.

From what I heard, Claremont now just slobbers all over his own characters. Though I heard he was awesome 20 years ago. Maybe character slobbering worked back then or maybe he had that piss and vinegar the old people always talk about.

He's hitting something. I'm sure everyone in the neighborhood can smell it.

A little. I feel for the English language. Mostly when I read their posts it's like watching the videos of skateboarders who botch some small trick and manage to send their board flying into their own face at a million miles an hour.
Example: #1, #2, and #3.

You failed to adequately counter my points cool

Rutog, which part of "Hunt for Xavier" did storm fling hailstones at a velocity fast enough to atomiclly displace the ground??

That would be yet ANOTHER notch for her wind's strength.happy

People always bring up Magneto makinga wormhole in these fights, and he's only done it ONCE.

I don't know the particular issue. Most of my collection is in another state. Gambit was falling from a high cliff. Storm hurled hailstones past his nose to pulverize the ground to cushion his fall. She and Rogue were joking about this. Colossus was falling as well (they were falling because Gambit jumped on Peter's back and yelling "chicken" or something while on the edge of a cliff) and would have plowed into his back. Rogue and Ororo are laughing and joking as Storm is hurling the stones past Remy's nose. They say that the stones are going at 90 mph, but its in jest. They are in fact going much faster since Remy is falling at that velocity and the hailstones are starting from above him and beating him to the ground.

Rogue's catches Colossus so he doesn't plow into Remy's back while Remy falls on the pulverized ground from a HUGE fall and is fine. When they land, they comment in disbelief on how Storm hurled the hailstones with enough force to deatomize the ground.

BASKETBALL-sized hail falling fast enough to turn solid ice into POWDER.

That's amazing.

Claremont also said that Storm could have hurled that steal spear at Emma at supersonic speeds.

Correction, it wasn't super sonic speeds it was "With omniversal shattering speeds unlike seen before by any other."

As a horrible person, I cannot pass this up: Is that Storm talking? For a black person, she really doesn't seem to be familiar with the size of a basketball.

laughing I was actually more horrified at the exaggeration of the feat:

at·om·ize (ăt'ə-mīz') pronunciation
tr.v., -ized, -iz·ing, -iz·es.

1. To reduce to or separate into atoms.
2. To reduce to tiny particles or a fine spray.
3. To break into small fragments.

4. To subject to bombardment with atomic weapons.

Going by panel art Option 1 and 4 would be out of the question. My fridge is pretty good at atomizing ice. shifty

BTW They fell at 90mph.

Hahahahaha, I know it was. But don't get confused, I'm not racist, I'm just a ****.

My favorites are Mexican jokes. They carry the power of irony for I am Hispanic. Can't do them very often though or they lose their effect.

So FP Storm is omniversal?

So a FP Storm can beat LT since she has omniversal control.

By the above statement a FP Storm > Abstracts, LT, IG, HOTU, etc.

Anyway, she can be written that way.

2) Scott was not holding back when he blasted the snow because he stripped off the ruby that hold his power in check and opened his eyes as wide as he could.

3) We know that the glacier did not do much at all. Sienna laughed at it This issue said that she had the power to split the planet like a ripe melon and this is a character who can casually toss blasts that can sink countries. In other words, calling her laugh a bluff is totally ridiculous and a desperate reach on your part. This is all well beyond the scope of a glacier to deal with or Scott's blasts. Storm was the only force there that could realistically draw upon the resources to deal with the energies. Scott just got what was left over.

4) Your container thing is very, very foolish and a desperate attempt to try and warp the comics dipiction. For Scott and the glacier combined to do most of the work (or even 30 percent of the work), it would require that Sienna's powers be brought way down from what had been established and Scott's blasts be brought up to levels that he has never had. The issue stated in plain english that his blasts could level mountains. That was the level he was at (assuming even THAT was not hyperbole). Your speculation does not fit the facts and its very desperate. You are trying anyway you can to try and deprive the character of power levels given to her.

5) I don't care to debate about who is the better leader between Ororo and Scott.

The rest is gibberish. (Actually, the whole post was gibberish.)

Ok, if you really in believe yourself, i shan't force the issue any more. While you've done your best to answer my questions, i don't believe any of what you say. Because i think your answers are riddled with contradictions. Now don't get upset by that comment please, it's only an opinion...

It's been a lot of fun: ultimately you haven't been swayed by my arguments, and vice versa. I'd like to see you add your logic to who is a better leader out of Scott and O, but if you don't want to get involved, fair enough.

By all means get the last word in by responding to this post, i wouldn't expect anything less from you or 2damn. smile And good luck....i think it's fair to say that the two of you are in the minority in your beliefs. But then again, maybe that was a logical fallacy for me to say that....

By that logic so can any other character.

It would be very out of character for Storm to be given omniversal powers. Nothing written about her so far hints omniversality for Storm
