also cheetara is a speedster she should be moved up, I dident even realize classic quick silver was mid meta, cheetara faster then him and would kick his ass lol.

I dare say the "for" group will require a ridiculous influx of votes for in order to make this happen. Usually we need like 5 or 6 more votes for then against. A move for Tyrant is highly unlikely.
A vs. thread reminded me of a suggestion I wanted to make a while ago:
Speedball for at least mid meta. When I researched him for an old tourney, I was shocked with what I found.
His best offensive feat is destroying an enraged Terrax. He was injured already, granted, but still not on his last legs. And Speedball's durability is what separates him from others in the same category. Punches, energy attacks, etc. all bounce off him effortlessly. He's been overloaded by energy, but it was with far more energy than anyone in low meta can muster. Surviving Stamford was no small feat either.
Still dodging the points I made Kris it's cool. We all know you don't have much of an argument against it but just want to vote know.. "cause it's already been voted on" If you really had valid points you would've made them. Shoot if you could contradict my points you would have. but you can't. I'll accept the concession.
Actually, and Darth can correct me if I'm wrong but he said Tyrant should be removed from the list. Even barring the Galactus fight which I don't know why one would not consider it since it's very convincing. However, he said even excluding that Tyrant should be off because he just doesn't have enough to say one way or another. He has no low showings really and the showings he does have are pretty high. Putting words in his mouth isn't a valid debating tactic, nor is "accepting a concession" that isn't there. He's got his opinion, you've got yours. It's a comic book tiers list...try not to act like you've been personally affronted.
His feats as Penance doesn't really suggest any higher or lower placement, so maybe you should add Speedball/Penance or add (Penance) like we do with alternate versions?
I am for Tyrant being off the list. The guy took on a well fed, mentally prepared Galactus and was beating him. To have Tyrant on that list is insulting.
Feats don't prove Odin is on Galactus' level despite how awesome they are. Tyrant was on Galactus' level.

Having your own dimension should auto-qualify ya for skyfather status, right?
