I wouldn't say that Zemo's high herald level, more like low herald.

He can manipulate gravity and time, teleport people and such. He beat Falcon, Hercules and Captain America with it, without breaking a sweat.

I think there are some more feats of his in Civil War.

He also defeated the Grandmaster, IIRC. Messed with time with utter ease. Is capable of dimension-dumping, darkforce crap, etc.

Elijah Snow should be low level herald

he could basically kill any living being he gets a bead on.

Beta should be moved to high herald (at least on Par with Thor and Stardust.)
Storm should be moved up to low herald (Feats include impressive showings against Shaman and Stardust respectively)
I also think Colleen Wing should be on the same tier as Misty

BRB has never displayed nearly the same versatility with his hammer as Thor. It's a huge disadvantage, even though in a brawl he's just as good, and the main reason he's been kept out of high herald (since we've had this discussion before).

As for Storm, I won't touch that one.

Too bad the moving up isn't based off versatility, as in the first post, it was said to be based off of "power".

Also, Beta still has tons of versatile showings (if you compare them to his showings), and I fail to see why you have to be as versatile as Thor to be moved up.

Versatility is part of "overall power". And if Thor were just written as a brawler, I would argue for him being down a notch. So far, BRB hasn't done much else besides brawl and absorb energy. Impressive stuff, especially the great fight with Stardust (who I might argue not being high herald either) but not nearly as much as anyone in the high herald list. Thor's every bit the brawler he is is, can absorb as much energy, has WAY more impressive showings, and has used his hammer in dozens of ways BRB never has.

If you can gain support, great. Bill's cool, so I wouldn't care a whole lot. But that's how I see it.

Also, as much as I always talk up The Authority, I'm not sure Jenny Sparks belongs in low herald. High Meta seems a better fit to me.

Bill created a magnetic field with the exact opposite polarity of Ego's just by swinging his hammer (he meant to do it, and found out so, by just being on Ego), and then sucked life out of Ego.
Beta has used his hammer to vanish, to Ego.
Opened up portals to different universes, times, etc.

Or this little doozy...
(please log in to view the image)
*Keep in mind, some of the planets, or all of them are closer than the blast*

Etc, I'd look through more of his showings, but too lazy.

I actually just started reading the authority, i have volume 1-3, and read 4 issues as of far from volume one. She seems pretty impressive so far, her electricity manipulation would be on par with most heralds, she was taking waves of meta humans from the Gamora clan easily, i'd say she's good as a low herald.. But again i not and expert on The Authority, and Jenny yet.

Doop for Mid Herald.

His only real showing where he put effort in was good enough to go against Thor.

He absorbed Mjolnir

Your assessment sounds about right, but she's kind of a one-trick pony with her electricity....despite her potential for some vast output. She's also dependent on an electrical power source if she wants to do anything impressive. She's done plenty of stuff without a large source (like a city or electrical station) but can't reach anything even nearing a herald level without them.

Yeah, before i thought he was able to generate electricity on her own, but after reading the London issue in regards to Full Circle, she is dependent on a electrical energy source. so without a energy source she would be as useful as a paper weight sad (She still a pretty cool character, great personality.)
I guess it would be a toss up to move her down or not, personally i like her as low herald.
Question, wat is her limit (distance wise) can she able to manipulate electricity?

There's no set limit. She seems to be able to manipulate and control electricity within a localized range around her (people's brains, power lines, TV signals, computer systems, etc.), but she doesn't need to be touching it. About the most impressive "range" feat I can think of is her staying in human form and remotely creating a giant lightning bolt to level a building that was maybe 100 meters away.

ouch, erm, 100 meters is no that impressive.
With a electrical energy source she pretty damm powerful, without one, she useless. its a hard decision where to place her imo.

Agreed. But I stick by High Meta. Even her best showings probably wouldn't be enough to tackle most of the people in the Low Herald list (unless the cheap "drain electricity from the brain" trick works), and if we go by average showings, she's definitely not there.

your probably right, i haven't read much Authority as of yet, and i don't want to go through your respect thread cause i don't want top ruin their run for me.
As for her moving, i don't have a solid gauge of her power, so for now ill stay neutral.

1 Vote for Jenny Sparks for High Meta (Digi)

Actually, the respect thread sucks for Jenny right now. But I'm remaking the whole thing in a couple months, and Jenny will be getting her proper treatment.
