Midnighter is a hard one to say either way, hes easily been puching through bodies and heads with little to no effort at all, kicking tank shells, and etc.

Could easily go either way.

It would be in character for Iron Fist {Intuition} and Midnighter {brain implants} to lock horns.

Black Panther will have a tough time attacking Tarantula and evading his lazer vision.

The outcome of the fight hinges on teamwork imo. Team 2 has the advantage cuz Tarantula can stun Midnighter by a blast through the brain without losing ground to BP Such a move would result in a 2 v 1.
