Okay here Venom not only owns his daughter rather badly, he also convinces the Scarlet spider to let him kill him, it is only because of the other host Venom will kill afterwards that gives Scarlet Spider the determination to fight back.

Venom is cool, without a doubt, here he makes a joke while literally crushing a mans skull; the fact that he willingly hurts himself to get what he wants, proves just how deadly he is.
Have any of you guys read Venom: Dark Origins #3 yet? I actually like the way they portrayed Venom in it as well as the art. I haven't really like the previous issues, this one was pretty good IMO.
Also, is Dark Origins canon to the 616?
