I'd tend to agree about not allowing neutering, but tourney hosts get pushed into concers in a hurry by participants, even the "tough" ones. It's also hard when (usually) the participants know a lot more about the people they're picking and can cater the argument for their character to suit their needs. I'm the guiltiest party of the bunch, with some of the stuff I let into the "street" amalgam tourney.
Oh I told you that Hulk's durability plus healing factor makes the scans mute and random mathmatics is poor debating. You said lol no f34ts. I cried lame.

In the Authority and Stormwatch books where she says she's almost out of energy from the cities powergrid to work with. I could provide scans if you don't believe me. If her range is as long as you said, why does she even mention this

What he going to do with the continental fist? Try to squeeze someone that nearly decapitated classic Juggs and could likely hack his way out? Try to punch Hulk and damage himself in the process? Nothing. Jack Hawksmoor cannot do anything to the Hulk. The Hulk, on the other hand, could theoretically become angry enough to smash the planet leaving Hawksmoor dead. And guess what, the more city there is to damage, the easier it is for someone with Hulk level strength to beat Hawksmoor, read the comics for proof. Hawksmoor has NEVER been a threat to any credible opponent. There's a reason for this.
