 Cant remember the name. Help???

Im desperatley trying to remember this movie but I'm drawing a total blank. I saw part of it when I was much younger and I cant get it out of my head recently. I believe it was late 80's. The only thing I can really remember is one scene. Theres a body (dead) lying on a table, I'm assuming its in a morgue. Then the "?doctor?" walks up and cuts length wise down the persons foot. Thats all I can make myself remember and I would really love to see it again. Could somebody please help me
