You have supes catching up to a blast that we have not type of indication on how fast it is going.

I didn't see anything. Tagging the flash? Everyone in dc has done this. Do you truly know what fighting at light speed mean? That means that you are moving your limbs "while in combat" at 186000 miles per second. Do you have those types of feats? Not him flying to catch a ray... him actually fighting at tremendous speeds ala flash.
