How do you fight something you can't see. Storm's reflexes and eyes aren't working on light speed levels. Superman only needs to move 6 times soundspace and she won't be seeing him. Or just grab her and fly 10 times soundspeed so that all of her bones break and organs explode. Or he can just heatvision her brains.
To the Speedblitz he mostly does it. Since it's a good move from him.
Yeah, she has nothing to hurt Supes and she isn't going to be around long enough to summon one rain drop or a bolt of lightning.

For example, even though The Flash doesn't clock each of his own opponents in the first millisecond in his own comic, it is assumed that is a viable tactic on this board since it is a proven fact that he possesses that level of speed.
It is also assumed that the characters fight at their optimum levels of ability - not explicitly weakened or unusually powered up for those who have variable power levels.

You ruined all his leveling up man. We learned these by reading threads and not by someone explaining. You should have only showed him the door, but he should have been the one to open it and go through it...
1) His normal durability has been said to be his protection form magical attacks and such so yeah he'd be OK.

Superman's bioaura won't be controlled by Storm. HE has total control of it. and the fact that i think his bioaura has been near retconned away is another thing. He has alien costume now so there is no need for a bioaura.

Superman's bioaura belongs to him it's like sucking in someone's soul. You can't just control his aura. In this way none would need K-nite. The reason why there is this aura is because DC needed to explain his main character a bit more to the fans and they did a good job with but it's like Juggernaut without his magical first forcefield which enables him to be unstoppable and invulnerable.
Bioaura is charged by the Sun. I can't explain this more. But even without the bioaura he would heatvision right into Storm's eyes from 200 km's and she would not even know what happened. And yes she has to see Superman to hurt him. But she can't see hurt him though. Heat vision into eyes and then a little speedblitz from 200 km Or heatvision into the eyes from 3 meters.

He could Freeze her and take Storm out.
He could tap her in the head with 1 finger and take her out.
He could force vision her to take her out.
He could heat vision her and take her out.
He could collapse the air in her lungs and take her out.
Hell...he could toss a penny at her from halfway across the globe and still KO her.
And these are the nice ways for him to do things.
Nothing Storm has in her arsenal would do a damn thing to Supes.
