What are Spidey' s webs made of?

What is Spidey's artificial and organic webbing made of?

His organic webbing is obviously real spider-webbing since he does have spider-powers. Watch the 90's animated series to find out what his artificial webbing is made of. In the episode "Make A Wish" Spider-Man explains to a little girl how he made his webbing & I believe he explains what the webbing is made of as well.

Then I think to myself, wouldn't it be MARVELOUS if I turned out to be a homosexual?"

I think the artificial stuff is like nylon but biodegradable and much stronger.

I doubt that his artificial webbing is stronger than his organic webbing.

I think he organic webbing is the same strength unless it got stronger after he evolved but I don't think that happened. Plus his organic webbing lasts longer.

Never mind what it's made of - What do you think it tastes like?
