The helicopter is about to crash. Spider-man first makes sure that people below clear the area. Then jumps back up and catches one of the pilots. While carrying the pilot jumps in between the spinning rotor. Gets the pilot to the roof and still has the time to web up the helicopter so it wont crash with the second pilot.

spider-man brain power: He has shown tremendous feets using his brain he has use his brain to defeat wolverine in battle he webbed wolverine left arm to his right wrist before he could pop his claws and when the left claw came out it prevented wolverine claw coming out from his right hand he proceeded to web the hand together and web him upside down[note wolverine smiles and compliment spidey on quick thinking]
Spider-man webbed shocker hands to the ceiling at the split sec he uses his power resulting in the room coming down on him
Spider-man-doges scropion tail and stick it in a electrical generator resulting knocking him out
Spider-man use his brain 2 even outsmart reed richards making him wrap himself into a knot
Spidey jokes on the thing and gets him angry spidey realize the thing is slow so he use his acrobatic skills and speed to dance around the thing making the thing extreamly dizzy thing not being able to land one hit making it easy for spider-man to swoop in and knock him down leaving the thing to be found hours later by the FF
Spider-man use a fire extinguisher to out the human torch
Spider-man-fought an enrage thing every time he swung he webbed the thing hand to the ground or wall and the split sec before the thing gets out of the web he webs his head in the way of the thing hand resulting in knock out to the things own hands nice brain power using the thing against himself
He aslo did this same idea on the rhino
Spidey fought captain america in training everytime cap throw his sheild spidey realize depending on his range if he's farther the sheild gets back to cap in 8 sec and if he closer the sheild gets back to cap in 3 4 sec tops so he comes in close and as the sheild comes back to cap spidey counts 2half n web cap hands to the ground resulting in the sheild knocking cap in the head ending the training session[note cap respect spidey move saying in all his years he never seen some one count the steps of his sheild return he also said that will never work again on me
Spidey dodges cyclops beam after cyclops shoots the beam off the wall at the exact moment spidey dashes off the wall and glid under the beam coming at such speed he one shots cyclops and knocks him out but from behind frozen half way only one free arm gambit throw his card and spidey webs them the explosion set web head free from the ice gambit charges his stick and swing spidey quickly kick ice man into the way and dive down as gambit throws his card he web his hand down to the floor blowing gambit back knocking him out [note spidey was not trying to fight the x-men
Spidey rips off two card doors and and grab a hoes and wet magneto up he then proceed to throw both car doors at magneto which he knew magneto could not resist to stop spidey web up to a street light and smashes it causing a electrical charge that hit mageto so hard sending him flying knocking him out

First Wolverine and him were not fighting, spiderman started webbing him when they were talking.
second Wolverine never complimented spiderman or smiled. Infact he said spiderman was an idiot (which he was, becuase the kid he believed he was protecting was infact omega level mutant killer.)
How does that make him an idiot? He saw Logan attack a small kid and tried to protect the kid. Any other hero without telepathy would've done the exact same thing. Not to mention Logan later attacked Spider-man himself in a fit of rage (as Logan later admitted) so Pete's reaction was 100% understandble. But yeah, dont recall Logan smiling in that book or complimenting Pete.

Someone should post ASM 642-643 Spider-man oneshotting Tombstone and Electro at the same time and then dodging and pwning Electro and Sandman while carrying a baby.
