The Mother of Creation (MOM) has the power to create beings and universes other than herself.


The Infinity Being could not create anything other than itself, the only way to create another was to destroy itself.



MoM is whole, complete, and self-fulfilling.


The IB was depressed, lonely, and suicidal.

It seems that MOM is flawless personification of a GOD. Whereas infinity being was a sloppy slap around marvel just threw together in order to put out a story.
