Not really, Capcom just fails to specify things like that since Chris just keeps popping up in sequels. They also never say when Yoko worked with Umbrella, because that would tie into the original Raccoon City timeline as well. I guess they are notorious for that kind of thing, ever since Mega Man.

I've been playing through normal (Easy is my usual fare , simply because i'm cheap ) , man is it a hell of a lot harder. Two f*cking garradors nearly stopped me from getting any further....
I cheaped out on the Verdugo however , since my weapons weren't beefy enough to deal with the bastard I just thought 'Screw it' and bought a rocket launcher.
BTW , Earlier on (My easy file) I found a easy way to take out both Saddler AND the Verdugo.
Saddler - You'll need the Mine thrower , doesn't have to be upgraded , though you may want to increase the cartridge if you have the cash. What you do is fire a single dart into the torso hanging off of the Crab-saddlers body and then let loose with your most powerful weapon when he falls from the single dart.
Verdugo- You'll need a fully upgraded (firepower at least 1.0 , ammo at highest possible ) TMP. Run through the usual verdugo plan (Run and utilise the Liquid Nitrogen) but fire on 'ol pred-face with the TMP. Each bullet that hits will be the equivalent of a single handgun shot...and since the TMP has such rapid fire capabilities you can rack up a 30-50 damage shot with each Nitrogen tank (It took me 3 tanks to take him out).

Your other option with Verdugo is to just wait it out near the Elevator and keep dodging him until the Elevator's Power turns on. That's what I did, while shooting it here and there with no prevail (and of course throwing down the nitrogen tanks along the way). In the beginning, when I first encountered it, I was shooting to kill though, but I underestimated it's durability and by the time I got to the Elevator room I just said forget it and just waited it out while still shooting every once in a while hoping that I'd shot it enough and that it may go down soon.
You get a jewel from him that can be combined with others to make the Crown thing, which makes it more valuable to use the rocket launcher on him than to sell it to the Merchant.
I don't like using rocket launchers, but seeing as that fight takes ages otherwise, and it's free, that's what I do.
I played through Ada Assingment, and I found that ****ing game hard. I have no idea why, but after that, I couldnt play Seperate Ways, I was Resident Evil 4 wiped out. Played too much of it and in a short amount of time. I didnt feel like playing it.
It's only M for mature because some Americans are unsure about it. Doesn't really reflect the game at all.
I prefer the system in Norway where they only have "Suggested Age Rating" (usually numbers like 3+, 7, 11, 16 and 18). The sellers at the stores can (or they must I think) warn people who buy games about age Rating, but they are not allowed to deny a 14 year old kid to buy a game with suggested rating of 18+.
If Skeets' brother can understand the game from reality, than fine. We're just on a message board, we can't be throwing lectures at him about it. I was playing Goldeneye when I was 9, and that was a pretty violent game for it's time, and I got RE2 when I was 12. So we really can't do anything for the choices Skeets or his brother makes.
And hell, OBVIOUSLY Skeets' brother can say he doesn't want to play whatever game.
