I want to make a respect thread, but I am not allowed to post pictures. When am I allowed to?

When are we allowed to post pictures?

The same problem also goes to me, in which I tried unsuccessfully to post pictures either by inserting their U.R.L.'s or attaching them. I hope one day this forum allows members to do so.
