Xemnas is the founder and leader of Organization XIII aswell as by far the most powerful.

Xemnas is the leader of Organization XIII and the main antagonist in Kingdom Hearts II. His element is the Nothingness, and his weapon are Duel Aeriel Blades, which he may also use as projectiles from numerous directions.
History:
Warning Plot of Kingdom Hearts II revealed!
[SPOILER - highlight to read]: Xemnas is the Nobody of Ansem, the main antagonist of Kingdom Hearts I. His human name was Xehanort who was a scientist who worked under the real Ansem. Ansem would not permit further experementation into the study of hearts, something Xehanort did not agree with.
When Xemnas, the nobody was born, he formed Organization XIII and began plotting to use the Keyblade to realease hearts from heartless and form Kingdom hearts. It was him intention to use Kingdom Hearts to restore hearts to the Nobodies so they could feel, beleiving that hate and anger were vaulable emotions for battle.
During the course of Kingdom Hearts II the Organization is still trying to gather nobodies, throwing as many Heartless at Sora as possible so as to gain more hearts. During Mid-game, after the Organization throw an army of Heartless at Sora, Axel appears at tells Sora he fell into the Organizations trap. Axel flees after Saix shows up and reveal what Axel had ment. Sora decides it doesn't matter what the Organization tries, the Heartless had to be stopped
As Kingdom Hearts neared completion DiZ manages to blow a hole in Kingdom Hearts sacrificing himself in the process. As Xemnas is attacked by Sora & Co, he uses the remaining power of Kingdom Hearts to fight.
After that Fails he Seperates Sora and Riku from the others, and forces them into a final showdown. Xemnas nearly kills Sora who is saved by Riku, then together, they use the power of the Keyblade to kill Xemnas.
To the other members of Organization XIII Xemnas is respected, but above that feared. Also, unlike the other members, he doesn't even hold the power to remember the emotions he once had
Power Abilities:
Xemnas' Power is Nothingness which allows him to summon nobodies to him. He uses duel Aerial Blades that come from his palms and is able to fire them as projectiles. He has a sheild ability that does not allow anything to pass that space except Xemnas himself. He has some kind of poisoning ability, that cannot miss or be stopped. Flight, teleportation and some kind of dark sphere that prevents any damage are ways he can move at great speed in battle. Xemnas is also able to release dark thorn-like wires from his body that cannot be broken but fade after a short period of time. The ability he nearly kills Sora with is some kinda of channeling beam that paralizes the target, sapping their life from them, but Riku manages to save Sora. Xemnas's final ability is to fire his Aerial Blades rapidly from all directions.
Xemnas is a punk. Ansem (DiZ) is where it is at because he was voiced by Christopher Lee who plays Count Dooku, Saruman the White, and so many other cool baddies.
Xemnas abilities: (I'll be posting the vids in which the abilities are shown)
1. Energy manipulation (can turn his energy into energy sabers, projectiles, energy fields, electricity waves and shields). (Last fight)
2. Can cover himself in darkness and become intangible. (First fight)
3. Create a doppleganger. (Last fight)
4. Superspeed.
5. Flight.
6. Drag people to realms he can create. (First fight).
7. Telekinetically control everything in the final realm he created (commanding all the organization weapons and tossing buildings at Sora and Rikku with the use of his mind). (Second to last fight)
8. Create a black hole. (Second to last fight)
