One thing here V2D, that punch is called the Kongou Kokuretsu Zan, and it was that punch that was used on Uluru, not Gokentou, that punch never was given a name or technique.
And Raging Storm is Geese and Rock Howard's move, my guess is that Frank didn't know what it was called when he filed it.
