Xigbar is number II in Organization XIII. Xigbar wields duel snipers and controls space.

Xigbar “The Freeshooter” wields two snipers that fire gun-arrows. His control of space allows him change battlefields as well as remain in a space similar to flying.
History:
Xigbar First appearing in Hollow bastion taunting Sora, when Donald says they could beat him he replies that would only work if he was any other dude, but he was with the Organization. After Sora glared at him he said “He used to give me that exact look” before disappearing
[SPOILER - highlight to read]: Later he turns an ancient dragon into a heartless to get the nobody and have Sora release the great heart of the dragon. When Sora catches up to him he is still hooded, and Sora thinks it’s Riku, Xigbar laughs and tell Sora he’s never heard of him before leaving.
Sora meet Xigbar for the last time in The World That Never Was, Sora asks to know why people call him Roxas, Xigbar refuses to tell and attack Sora, manipulating the battlefield. Xigbar lose, and fades into darkness
Powers Abilities
Xigbar shoots his snipers with total accuracy, mixed with his teleport and flight he is a deadly enemy. The arrows from his guns also track the targets. Another trick he uses is to Fire and send his arrows through a portal to make them attack from numerous angles. Xigbar can also charge up a single super shot that has several times a normal shots power. He can also change up his snipers and make every arrow launched much faster and more damaging.
