Basic Knowledge Terrific knows that Forge is a mutant inventor and has an enhanced aura.

Forge knows Mr Terrific is a peak Human Superteam M.Artist, A Genius and Uses T spheres

In the fight Mr Terrific would be invisible to any weaponry Forge can make that is one of his lesser known powers [the invisible to technology thing]

Forge's ability as a mystic and energy perception would register Teriffic's presence but Terrific would likely pump out a pulse from his spheres scrambling all Tech and nano Tech outside his power that Forge might use to blast him off the face of the Earth

h2h Terrific the majority.

IMO Forge would prevail if he spent the preptime in meditation building energy to Posess Mr Terrific the moment the fight started. Is Forge smart enough to take this step or would he make it a tech vs tech thing? [That is his primary power and I think he would favour it]
