What about in Batman Lobo, where Batman flies in and kicks Lobo, and Lobo grabs him and slams him down, then hits him with a nice hook and sends him flying and Batman stands up and chokes him down to the ground...
They had three seperate battles in the arc, and Batman was on the upper end of all three of them.
And like I said, that's just a few of many.

In Legends of the DCU, he fought hand to hand against Aquaman, and took and gave punches, and left Aquaman crawling on hands and knees mumbling that he'll never give up.

Slade was overpowered by Azreal in a sword fight... Sabretooth has punched out rogue, outslugged mrs. marvel, punched a car off it's wheels with a casual backhand, ripped a giant computerized map-table out of the war room, and ran through a barrier that was built strong enough to stop a full grown elephant..
One incident of Rucca's lack of character research doesn't equate over multitudes of evidence that says Sabretooth's well into superhuman regions of strength...
And Capt's correct, Wolverine was nowhere near 100% in his fight with X...

I merely ask, because I can't recall him being as strong as you're talking for quite some time. In fact, I recall him being a tall, more vicious Wolverine for quite some time. Perhaps a few 'tons' stronger, but definitely not to the extent that you're talking.
However, as always, I'm happy to be corrected - so don't take this aggressively. I'm honestly asking, not challenging. .

exactly.. in every other media there's supporting evidence thathe's a superstrong character.. in the comics there's supporting evidence of the same why people continue to argue that he isn't is well beyond me.. especially as he's listed as superstrong by the power guide.. like.. what other evidence do people need?

Meh.. he got the crap shot out of him and cut a lil bit.. I think Cable owned him a bit worse off than deadpool.. DP was not much more than an annoyance.

Well I think it has more to do with CIS than anything.. Sabretooth's always trying to play with Logan while Logan's going all out.. when Sabretooth had his humanity stripped away and went berserker he layed Wolverine out fairly quickly imo.
