Pc supes with a little burst of speed travels trillions of miles in seconds,he would destroy surfer and his horrible combat speed with one punch before surfer even thinks about using his cosmic awareness to find out supes weakness let alone actually getting the chance to use it.
Surfer has plenty of insane "mulitiple lightyears in seconds" as well, so what uber COMBAT feats does PC Supes have that suggest Surfer would be caught flat footed?
Surfer went over a lightyear in about a second and traveled half a MILLION lightyears in a few seconds, both of which mean that he's capable of significantly more than 10x lightspeed.

As for the whole "flying to Heaven" thing, it's an unquantifiable feat. I've never seen PC Supes keep a matter sphere separated from an anti-matter sphere, so does that mean that he isn't as strong as the Hulk? PC Supes best ACTUAL speed feat(at least to my knowledge) is time travel through speed but you know what...Surfer's done it too .
It is knida funny you bring up the sphere thing because
1. It makes no since because the hulk is made of matter
2. It would require almost no strnegth at all to do because of the weak electrical bonds. A toddler could do it. Then blow up from touching the antimatter ball of course....

2. You're trying to bring in real world science, and that's a no go due to the on panel narration. Via the story it was a significant strength feat, so "real world" reasoning doesn't factor into it. Via "real world" science, it's impossible for someone to go faster than the speed of light, so does that mean that we disregard everyone's "faster than light movement" feats? In that case, Surfer is DEFINATELY equal to PC Supes in the speed department because both of them top out at just shy of lightspeed.
I know that, I said Surfer in no way can fight Superman striaght up! Surfer can beat ANY Superman by just draining his ass (if he finds out he runs on Solar Energy).

Einstein used the laws of physics to make the determination, and those are the same laws that allow us to speculate in regards to matter/anti-matter. You throw them out for one it's only fair to do it for the other, which means that you're reasoning behind the demeaning of the feat goes out the window since I'm fairly sure no one's ever actually attempted it.
Anyway we're drifting off the subject, what QUANTIFIABLE speed feats does PC Supes have to put him heads and tails over Surfer?
Off the top of my head trillions of miles in seconds with a little burst of speed,surfer has bad reaction and combat speed,pc supes could open up with wide heat vision,speedblitz or any other options to demolish surfer.
Surfer's has plenty of "cross the universe" feats as well, so I'll need to see a scan or issue number tell if it's more impressive than some of what Norrin's accomplished.

Such as? You have to remember, I already gave PC Supes the majority I'm just arguing Surfer's ability to pull SOME wins. And given Surfer's capacity to whip up K-nite and red sun radiation, I think that doing so is well within his capability.

...is it really that dumb for me to be arguing pc supes could whip surfers ass.....and that shows he has a high tolerance for heat not immunity...if you forget supes heat vision has crazy feats like him and supergirl sealing entire universe with it and shit like that...I really dont see surfer being unaffected by a pc supes heat vision blast.
