Just played the demo and damn... thats just epic! I can't wait, also looking forward to seeing the God of War Collection (Upscaled versions of GoW1 and 2) and comparing it to GoW3 I hope they do a good job in making it look almost as good as GoW3 that'd be sweet
What would they have even done with online co-op? Two player challenges >__>? GoW has always been a one-player experience anyhoo.

Just played the demo. The intro is not as exciting as the first two (which featured a huge boss battle) but I assume it gets better from there.
Cestus is the best secondary weapon in the series so far. It feels natural to Kratos as the Blades of Athena. The Firebow looks like it's a bit cheap. It has its own bar but it fully regains after it's empty. It also shoots a lot faster than Typhon's Bane.
I'm not too fond of the Icarus flight part (kinda hard to control and caused me to die thrice) and it might be a real ***** in the harder modes. Other than that, GOW 3 seems to be as good as the previous games.
I heard the bosses are gonna tough to beat and long.
What makes you think this is the intro ? The GoW2 demo started off in the area where we get the fleece.
Also, as for the Cestus comment, HA HA, must be the chains; it's decent when it comes to power but it is better at knock-backs and such.
From what we've seen so far (demo), it's overshadowed by the likes of Barbarian Hammer, Spear of Destiny, Blade of Olympus (just one move >__> ), and the Gauntlet of Zeus. Cestus doesn't have the feeling of overpowered that the others tend to give.
Firebow's overpowered.

Also, it's possible Kratos will lose the BoO in the beginning of the game. His other weapons and magics from GoW2 will be treated just as Artemis and MG were in GoW 2, left out with no explanation.

He could've just returned the blade back to Artemis since he became the God of War and had a better weapon anyway. The God magics were most likely lost when Athena depowered him.
I admit, that's the most likely case, but it's only a possibility; it wasn't stated or explained. Same goes for the magics. Considering PR wasn't removed by Zeus' drain, it's unlikely that MG, AoH and ZF would have been.
Then you'd know the BoO is not in the demo because it's a demo, or it simply isn't in the game, though that would be more than retarded on the Devs' part. Or why Kratos starts on Olympus instead of the back of Gaia, though that is more to do with the intro point discussed earlier.
