Having trouble finding a Spiderman/daredevil team up

It started outside on a sunny street somewhere in New York City. The The writing in the speech box is introducing us to the someone. It cuts to a building where outside, several henchmen wearing Secret Service uniforms are standing. Inside, a man wearing a flat cap and looking like an Irishman is sitting on a wooden stool against a wall surrounded by several dobermans. He is stroking one of the dogs. He is the guy which the speech box is introducing us to.
It was either a Spiderman or Daredevil comic.
Any spidey experts in my presence? In any case . . . 3 - 2 - 1 GO!!!!!!!!!!!
Sounds like your describing Fortunato, and doesn't he have a wolf not a doberman.
I think it would have a Spider-man comic, question, was it in Ben Reily's era, because I think I know the comic your talking about. But the one I'm thinking of with that kind of start dosn't have Daredevil in, but I know they team up to fight him...
