That is worrying. You are unsure just how much power this Puppet Master fellow holds. He was able to effect the entirety of Alpha Station's crew, what would keep him from dominating an entire city? Or even a passing spacecraft?

Kay cannot press the transport any faster and you lose sight of the Jedi starship as you descend through the clouds. The Puppet Master promptly loses you as he vanishes through several pillars of gas that are rising into Garel's atmosphere.

Garel reports shortly after that he has vanished off their sensors.
