There are more instances, but this is more than enough.
There is no need to exaggerate the feat, as creating a universe is quite an accomplishment by itself.
Michael has enough energy within him to fill whatever space is available.
The Presence/God on Michael:
Michael Demiurgos—spark that expands forever—ocean of power with no shore.
Meaningless words from someone who constantly tries to defame me.
You don't beat someone that easily to be called slightly above.
Micheal seems like he's leaps and bounds above Spectre, which would make him far above anyone else as well... since Spectre's referred to as the most powerful being in existence.

Maybe that’s why humans drink the darkness that is coffee.
In the first fight Michael was acting on the Presence Behalf, as shown in the last scan.
The second fight was Spectre trying to gain entrace to Heaven, which he's not allowed to enter.
From what I've seen The Presence favors Michael above all...
Right. I'm just saying that he can be going against the Presence's commands and still beat Spectre because he will still be at full power, so long as the Presence doesn't leave creation (if he did they both would be affected, but Michael would still win since God chose him as his second/ Demiurgos Power).
Anyways, this isn't the place to be debating and stuff, so if you wish to continue this you can PM me or Bran or someone else.
Anyone have DC Day of Judgement 2? In it it shows Michael directing the heroes to purgatory where a Hal Jordan waits for his chance of redemption. Anyone have the scans, would be nice to see them on here.
It was a Multiverse. Nirvana is canon to the storyline.
It's a similar manner that in the Infinity Gauntlet saga, and in The END, they use the word universe, and NEVER multiverse, but people will try to convince you otherwise, except that in this scenario, we actually have on panel varification that doesn't require any stretching of the imagination because it's laid out plain by the writer/creator of the entire series.

None of the back covers of issues or TPBs are canon, so your first four scans are meaningless; solicits and covers are often misleading, much less adverts of that type.
The scan of someone saying "a hole in the universe" is referring specifically to THIS universe, the MAIN universe, not to anything that Lucifer created.
The rest can be easily explained as not being encompassing enough. A multiverse certainly contains a universe, so when Lucifer, or the narration, or some random god or faerie refers to what Lucifer has as a universe, it can easily be explained as simplification, and nothing more.
The only instance we have of Lucifer specifically refuting one with the other is the Nirvana instance, previously provided, where it is made abundantly clear that this is a multiverse, not a universe.
Until you can provide a similar example of someone calling it a multiverse, and then being corrected into calling it a universe...well, you know the drill.
