So far this is the best film of the year. I'll actually be surprised if The Dark Knight impresses me as much as this did. It was a brilliant and amazing film, one of the best animated films I've ever seen.

My ex who loves Charlie Chaplin said she saw a whole lot of Chaplin in Wall-E's character. This was a great movie, possibly my favorite Pixar movie, I need to see it again to say for sure.

Best pixar movie yet imo. Wall-e was such a likable character, loved the fat society as well lol. The guy falling off of his chair and not being able to get up was epic haha.

Disney/Pixar are pushing to get this movie nominated for Best Picture (in addition to Best Animated Feature); I found that interesting. It'll definitely be different if an animated film won Best Picture.

It should absolutely be nominated for best picture, and in my opinion compared to everything that's come out so far, it should win. Best film of the year so far by a pretty large margin I think.
