Grievous could've been cool, but they made him into a hunchback chicken with lung cancer. Remember the hi-res pics of him before the movie came out? very cool. very ominous. the manifestation of that, not so much.

So....really annoyed with how they are portraying Grievous in this new Clone Wars series (should this go in the TV series thread? Nah). It is kinda ridiculous, he is so underplayed and pretty much Dooku's b!tch, being constantly verbally harassed by him and teased constantly.
Apprentices are destroying his Magna Guards who are said to be more than a match for most Jedi Knights (and she's an apprentice!), Ahsoka battles him and comes out of it unscathed, and gets owned by Kit Fisto.
I want to see him actually kill a lot of jedi on screen.

he has the potential to be a great villain. Right now he is reduced to a lackey.
And here I thought Lucas milks every bit of "potential" from his stuff.
