Which is why she will win

Storm has lightning that has stunned SS twice and had him reeling in pain not even using full power.

A couple hits from those, and Namor's fried fish.

This also coupled with the fact that she could call up a super-heated tropical vortex to dehydrate him, zapping his strength while assaulting him with billion-volt lightning.

She wins.

I am just going to ignore that, because quite frankly, even for me, that was non-sense. Silver Surfer flies through Black Holes and stars and now suddenly storm's lightning hurts him?

Kind of like Black Panther wrestling Silver Surfer and getting him in an armbar and making surfer cry uncle.
