dred is kidnapped by present day police. he gets the contemporary weaponry and is told to get Frank Castle a.k.a The Punisher. he eventually runs into him. both of them have:
-a 45
-uzi
-m60
-knife
-throwing knives
-grenades
Dredd has 22nd century equipment and the urban jungle of mega city one is a more dangerous place than vietnam plus Dredd is a gentically engineered perfect cop. So I say Joseph Dredd

yup. brain is going around being more or less the same though i did manage to convince him that akuma is a takumaspoof. lol. but he still can't seem to wrap his around the fact that Street fighter1 and art of fighting1 were made by the same people.
despite me giving him the names, their occupations in the company.
well he didn't admit it actually. he conceded 2 out of my six points till i called it a day with thread nearly being closed.
seriously think about this:
-takuma came first
-was not given a name in the beginning, he was a nameless boss
-was introduced as someone who fought in the same style as the hero but his moves were faster and stronger
-he wore a demon mask
-his name was takuma later on
-he was related to the protagonist
-he ws trying to unleash the hero's true strength (i.e. haohshikoken)
flashfoward, akuma:
-his name was (t)akuma
-was introduced as a nameless boss
-fought in the same style as the hero with stronger and faster moves
-was demonic in facial features
-related to the protagonist
-he was trying to unleash the hero's full power
anyway, so what you been up to? it really has been a while hasn't it?
it was canonical actually. he plain outsmarted them.
