It doesn't need to be just because people are asking questions about the comic character. The discussion would be boring if it stayed strictly on the movie for a long time.
Anyway, I'm really hopeful that Phil Sterns/Madman will make an appearance since they've introduced Samuel Sterns already.

It doesn't have to be for them to introduce Phil Sterns who could turn into Madman by the third movie. If not him, I'd like to see the Devil Hulk for the third movie. But either way it goes, the main villain for the second villain needs to be the Leader possibly accompanied by the Abomination.

That would be perfect. I think they'd make the perfect team because they both see the power that Bruce has as godly and will no doubt see themselves as gods.

How does that make it good? For one, Red Hulk just beating Abomination that easily is stupid since the guy's kicked Savage Hulk's ass from time to time, and if not has given a great fight, so you'd at least expect a massive struggle. Second, when you have a villain as famous, popular, and threatening as the Abomination that has been torturing the Hulk for almost 40 years, you don't just kill him off in one freakin' panel that doesn't even show anything! That's exactly like the ending to "No Country For Old Men"!
Actually, he's beaten pissed off Mindless Hulk(aka Savage Hulk) a couple of times in the stories I've read, or has at least given the green guy some damn tough fights.
Abomination had the upper hand when he was new, and stronger. He's always been an imposing and devestating enemy that Hulk has always regarded with at least a bit of respect, as in, he doesn't act like it's easy...though it is, really. Hulk has just out evolved him, but it was an excellent choice to have him in the movie and not kill him off, I think.
